Image Source: File Pic[/caption] Kolkata: Finally the return leg derby of I-League will be in Siliguri. I-League CEO Sunanda Dhar has said it on Thursday. Officials of East Bengal and Mohun Bagan alongside AIFF officials inspect the Kanchenjunga Stadium on Thursday. AIFF is trying to finish the remaining work as soon as possible. Renovation work is going on in full swing, mainly the two dressing rooms, media room and the cricket pitch in the middle of the field. Urea fertilizer has been used to grow grasses rapidly on the pitch. There has been much uncertainty as the election is scheduled to be held on that time. But in Siliguri the election date is 17^th April. So there will be no problem as police will be available. According to sources, Ex Indian footballer Bhaichung Bhutia will also be present at the derby. Sunanda Dhar said,” the remaining requirements have been fulfilled. There will be no problem in conducting the derby”. East Bengal will be organizing the derby as they will be playing their home match. Meanwhile, if sources are to be believed the appeal committee meeting is scheduled to be held on 31^st March. In this meeting it will be decided that whether Sanjoy Sen’s period of suspension will be reduced or not.
