Serie A: Inter Milan come from behind to win 2-1 against Parma, keeps title hopes alive
XtraTime Web Desk: A late flourish saw Inter Milan register a 2-1 win over Parma in a Serie A clash Stadio Ennio Tardini on Sunday night. The win took Inter to 61 points to help them stay at the third place behind Juventus and Lazio. Antonio Conte’s men needed a win following their disappointing 3-3 draw at home against Sassuolo on Wednesday.
It was Parma who took the lead early in the match through a strike from Gervinho in the 15th minute. Stefan de Vrij equalized for the Black and Blues in the 84th minute of the match. Three minutes later Alessandro Bastoni gave the much needed lead for Inter to see them finish the encounter with full points.
After 28 rounds Juventus leads the table with 69 points followed by Lazio and Inter Milan who are on 65 and 61 points respectively. Both Juve and Lazio have away games coming up on Tuesday, June 30 against Genoa and Torino
