Kolkata: The biggest festival of Bengalis, Durga Puja is knocking the door. Kolkata giant Mohun Bagan’s two star foreigners Ansumana Kromah and Kamo Stephen Bayi too joined the mood as they recorded a song today for Rabindra Pally Sarbojonin.

This year Rabindra Pally Sarbojonin’s theme is African safari. The organizers were looking for an African who can sing a theme song for them. They contacted with the Mohun Bagan officials and urged that they want Kamo and Kromah to sing the song for their puja. The officials told them that if Kamo and Kromah want to sing the song the club doesn’t have any problem. After that they went to Mohun Bagan tent where both the players did some series rehearsal of the song. The song is a mixture of African and Indian music as the song contains some African words too. Both the players took that job pretty seriously and sang the song just like professionals.

Kamo looked very happy after the recording.” I am a big fan of Arijit Singh and during my free time I always try to listen songs. I told Kromah that we should try this. We both have very good chemistry on field and that helped us to sing this song so well,” said Kamo.

“I love to listen the songs. I just tried this as I love this Bengali culture. If you love your religion you should respect others religion too and that’s why I had decided to sing the song,” said Kromah.
