Mourinho and Guardiola gets involved in a fiery exchange of words

XtraTime Web Desk: After the release of Manchester City’s Amazon documentary ;All or Nothing’, Manchester United coach Jose Mourinho reacted by saying they lacked class.

The coach was criticised in the documentary regarding his treatment of Kevin De Bruyne at Chelsea, before also looking at the Manchester derby as a battle of City’s attacking play against United’s defensive set-up.

City have insisted that they had no control over the content, which has dictated by Amazon, but Mourinho feels that the aim was to humiliate him.

“If you are a rich club you can buy all the top players but you cannot buy class,” Mourinho said.

“I haven’t seen the movie but I know a few things about it and that is my first reaction.

“I am in the movie so much I think I could ask for some royalties.

“Perhaps without me it would not sell as much, I don’t know, but if City send me one of the shirts they had in the tunnel when we played there last, the ones that were saying: ‘We did it on derby day,’ then I will give up about the royalties.”

The former Barcelona coach did agree with his United counterpart on, although it ended there.

“Mourinho is right. Class is something which cannot be bought,” said Guardiola when asked about the Portuguese tactician’s comments.

“I don’t think we were disrespectful and that certainly wasn’t our intention.

“It was an amazing season with the cameras but we did it for ourselves.

“We are a club that wants to grow and win titles. That is his opinion. Some will like it and others will not.”
