Life threat for Australian cricketers in Bangladesh?

Internet Desk: The Bangladesh Government have strengthen the security of the Australian cricket team after a few local kids threw stones to the Aussie team bus when they were returning from the stadium to their team hotel.

The they failed to break the glass but it cracked one of the windows of the bus.

Neither any player nor a staff was injured in this havoc, but the incident sent a scare through the Australian camp given the heavy security that has enveloped the tour.

“On route back to the hotel last night a window on the Australian team bus was broken. No one was injured in the incident,” said CA’s head of security, Sean Carroll.

“Team security personnel are currently in discussion with local authorities while they investigate the cause, which is believed to have come from a small rock or stone.

“Bangladesh authorities are taking the incident seriously and security has been increased on the route.

“To date we have been happy with the security measures that have been in place and we are comfortable with the response from the Bangladesh authorities and the increased security presence we have been provided in light of the incident.”
