Kolkata: The Indian Super League Season 4 is about to begin in a few days time and defending champions ATK too is getting prepared for yet another successful season. The Kolkata based ISL franchise has been the most successful team in the history of the competition and would be having a different flavour in their game as they have shifted to British system from the Spanish set up. Here goes a few surprise weapons who can be the new superstars of this season for ATK:

Hitesh Sharma

A 19-year-old Jalandhar born midfielder Hitesh Sharma. The former Tata Football Academy (TFA) cadet plied his trade with Mumbai FC last season in the I-League and played 8 games for the club. Hitesh is a talented young attacking midfielder who has the opportunity this season to showcase his talent and make a name for himself in Indian football.

Bipin Singh

Former Shillong Lajong youngster, 22-year-old Bipin Singh is all set to make his debut in ISL this season. The Manipuri attacker was a part of the Lajong side since 2012 and scored two goals in Dubai against Dibba Al-Hisn Sports & Culture Club. He is set to feature in several games for ATK this season. The youngster is known for his brilliant solo runs down the flank, excellent ball control and consistent ability of delivering dangerous crosses into the box. Bipin can be the x-factor for ATK this season.

Shankar Sampangiraj

A superb versatile player for ATK. Ashley Westwood knows this special talent more than anybody else. The former BFC youngster can play as a winger, attacking midfielder, left-fullback, right full-back, forward and also as a defensive midfielder. Any coach would love to have him in his side. Shankar can do exactly what Harmanjyot Khabra will do this season for ATK. He has concerns regarding his fitness as he has been very much injury-prone in his short career do far. But if he remains fit, he can produce wonders for ATK this season.
