Kolkata: Virat Kohli the No. 1 batsman in the world started his practice nearly after a month before his first match against Kolkata Knight Riders. Royal Challengers Bangalore skipper batted at the nets of Eden Gardens with batting coach Gary Kirsten. This South African opener used to help Sachin Tendulkar with the throw down practice when he was the coach of Indian Cricket team. Gary did same with Virat too at the Eden Gardens. The skipper practiced hard before the rain came in.

Kohli loves to dominate with his bat.Last year RCB went all out for just 49 runs and surely as a skipper Virat will look to take the revenge. In the press conference he mentioned about the match and also said, “RCB has a good bowling line up for this season. Just wait and watch.”
