IPL 2018: KL Rahul’s terrific innings goes in vain, Rajasthan takes sweet revenge

XtraTime Web Desk: Lokesh Rahul’s brilliant innings went in vain as Rajasthan Royals beat Kings XI Punjab by 15 runs in a low scoring game. Rajasthan was at the bottom of the table but managed to climb to the sixth spot after winning the game.
Batting first Rajasthan managed to score just 158 runs for the loss of eight wickets in twenty overs. Jos Buttler scored 82 runs in 58 deliveries got important support from Sanju Samson by scoring 22 runs. Andrew Tye bowled well for the Punjab side as he picked four wickets in four overs by giving 34 runs.

Afganistan spinner Mujeeb Ur Rahman picked two wickets in his four overs while Aussie medium pacer Marcus Stoinis picked a wicket by giving 15 runs in two overs. Rahul scored 95 runs in 70 deliveries. Krishnappa Gowtham picked two wickets for Rajasthan Royals in his three overs.
