XtraTime Web Desk: Sam Billings’s half century helped Chennai Super Kings to clich victory against Kolkata Knight Riders in a very exciting match at Ma Chidambaram stadium. CSK won by 5 wickets as Rabindra Jadeja hit the winning shot to chase 202 runs.

Despite losing couple of early wickets Kolkata Knight Riders managed to score 202 runs in their 20 overs thanks to the carabian all rounder Andre Russel as he scored 88 runs in 36 balls.

KKR vice captain Robin Uthappa scored 29 runs in 16 balls. While skipper Dinesh Karthick also failed to convert a good start.

Chris Lynn and Sunil Narine started the proceedings for KKR both of them failed to score big runs but, Russel changed the scenario with his prolific batting.

CSK also started well as they got the fastest fifty in just 3.4 overs. Shane Watson scored 42 runs in 19 balls. Suresh Raina scored just 14 in 12 balls. Skipper Dhoni and Sam Billings started an effective partnership as Dhoni added 25 runs in 28 balls. Billings was brilliant as he scored 56 runs in 23 deliveries. Dwayne Bravo helped his side by hitting big sixes and boundaries at the end and add 11 runs in 5 balls.
