Intercontinental Cup: India’s next two matches will be housefull

XtraTime Web Desk: During India’s first match against Chinese Taipei in the Intercontinental Cup most of the stands were empty. After that game Indian Football team captain Sunil Chhetri urged fans to come to the stadium as they are the only motivator for the Blue Tigers. The fans turned up in numbers after seeing Chhetri’s message as the ground was packed when India faced Kenya last night. And the rest is history.

In his 100th match against Kenya Sunil scored a brace and after that the craze for tickets has gone to sky high. After beating Kenya 3-0 last night the host nation has already reached the final of the tournament. But ahead of the final all the tickets of the last group league game against New Zealand which will be played on Thursday has been sold out beside the final. The Blue Tigers have been playing really well and after a message from Sunil, the fans are coming in numbers to watch the game of India and that’s the main reason that all the tickets are sold out already.
