Negi , who is also the India U’17 captain has recently underwent trials at La Liga side Espanyol .The talented footballer will also give trials in a couple of La Liga sides as well .
Negi, who recently captained the AIFF team which won the Subroto Cup last year, has decided to move to spain to increase his chances of signing a professional contract when he turns 18 later this year.
“He had also gone to Hospitalet and San Andreu and everywhere the coaches were impressed with him. He is now moving to Spain for good,” Ravi Daswani, the player’s agent informed.
