In Pics: Virushka spotted in Kandy

Internet Desk: Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma was spotted today at the Indian team hotel in Kandy. Both were seen in a cheerful mood with the fans. One of the fans also posted a picture of Anushka with her daughter and herself on the facebook.

In another photograph the pair was seen with the fans. Virat was spotting a black T’shirt with a cap while Anushka was in jeans and shirt. Indian team coach Ravi Shastri was also seen in the picture.

The Bollywood actress took time off after her hectic promotional schedule of the latest Shah Rukh starrer – Harry Met Sejal. She arrived on the day before the third test match at Pallekele International Stadium. With the match finishing early in less than three days, it was a perfect opportunity for them to spend some time at the picturesque town of Kandy.

Most of the Indian cricketers are accompanied by their better halves on this tour. They include cricketers Ajinkya Rahane, Ishant Sharma, Wriddhiman Saha, Md. Shami, Umesh Yadav. Ravi Chandran Ashwin, who left yesterday night to take part in the Tamil Nadu Premier League was also accompanied by his wife Preethi Narayan and their daughter.

The Indian ODI team will have an optional practice session tomorrow at the Pallekele Stadium to start their preparation for the 5 match ODI series beginning on August 20 at Rangiri International Stadium in Dambulla.
