Kolkata: In the second semi-final of the 120th LG IFA Shield TFA marched into the semi-finals to face AIFF U-18 Academy by beating Malaysian club Frenz United 1-0. Kuki was the solitary goal scorer for TFA . Although Frenz United had the upper hand in the match for the whole 90 minutes creating a lot of chances but failed to convert those. TFA too missed a lot of chances in the second half but their defense was too strong to concede any goal. TFA’s Bijoy Kumar was brilliant today and was adjudged the Man of the Match. The final will be played on 6th March at the Mohun Bagan Ground.
