Arnab Mondal suffers a hip injury on Tuesday’s practice session at Barasat and is uncertain for Friday’s match. Meanwhile East Bengal’s most consistent player in the I-league has also suffered an injury during the last I-league match against Bengaluru FC. Though he practiced with the team but final decision on him will be taken on Thursday. Biswajit Bhattacharya added,” Arnab is my mainstay in defense. If he is unable to play Deepak will take his place”. Arnab himself sounds very confident, “I am much better than before. I am hopeful that I will be fully recovered before the match”.
