Earlier the visitors were all out after scoring 388 runs on the fourth day of the one-off Test match against world No.1 India, at Hyderabad on Sunday. Bangladesh skipper Mushfiqur Rahim was the top scorer for the visitors as the wicket-keeper batsman scored 127 before getting out to Ravichandran Ashwin. It was Ashwin’s 250 wickets in Tests, this is his 45th Test and he becomes the fastest bowler to do so. It’s difficult to describe the efforts Mushfiq made on the crease. He showed extreme patience, absolute diligence and superb temperament. He blocked the balls with sheer confidence but also charged the bowlers if got any loose delivery. He faced 262 balls to play this magnificent innings of 127 runs. The day started with a bizarre for Bangladesh as Kumar struck on the very first over. The ball pitched fuller and swung inwards deceiving the bat and pad of Miraz. Taijul, Taskin and Rabbi did well to support their skipper at the lower order. Taskin was good enough to make 39 runs partnership along with his skipper but finally got edged by a sharp delivery from Jadeja. Bangladesh ended their first innings on 388 trailing 299 runs.
