Goa Pro League: Salgaocar FC beat Sporting Club de Goa by a solitary goal


Internet Desk: Salgaocar SC registered a 1-0 victory over Sporting Club de Goa in a Goa Pro League match played on Saturday at the Duler Stadium.

Salgaocar took the lead in the 85th minute of the game by Liston Colaco goal. Sporting got their chance to in the 72nd minute of the game. There was some good one touch play from Victorino and Marcus, however the former couldn’t find the finishing touch.

The win takes Salgaocar to 36 points from 15 matches and they are currently leading the table. Sporting Club de Goa is on 32 points, who have played same number of matches.
