Internet Desk: Manchester United transfer target Mats Hummels has asked to leave Borussia Dortmund this summer, the club have confirmed.
The World Cup winner has been heavily tipped to leave Thomas Tuchel’s side and has just one year left on his club.
But unfortunately for United, Hummels has his sights set on a move to Bayern Munich.
The 27-year-old Dortmund captain has indicated to the club that he wants to return to Bayern, where he started his career.
Dortmund are willing to grant his wish, provided they receive an acceptable bid.
As of yet, there is no offer on the table from the Bundesliga champions.
