In the 47th minute of the game East Bengal got another chance to double their lead as Dika and Mehtab played a one to one between each other in Aryan’s box but Dika’s shot just missed the net by a whisker .A moment later Dika intercepted another ball from Sk. Kazim just outside the box but again his left footer  just went wide. In the second half Do Dong & Lalrindika Ralte had created many chances but they couldn’t convert those into goals. There were two changes in the Red & Gold brigade from their last game as they rested Calum Angus and Md. Rafique and Kaushik Sarker & Avinash Ruidas got their chances in the first eleven.
