Suman Chakravorty & Sabyasachi Bagchi, New Delhi: Former Indian national team forward Avishek Yadav who was almost a regular figure in the Indian squad when Bob Houghton was the coach of Team India. He was a member of 2011 AFC Asia Cup Indian squad too. He is now the COO of the Indian U17 Football team. India’s tactics got heavily criticized against USA but Avishek is defending that by saying India played compact football not defencive football.
