Image Source: XtraTime[/caption] Debasis Sen, Johannesburg: Former South African legend Graeme Pollock on Wednesday said Virat Kohli can walk into any side just with his batting skills. Pollock  who is now 70 years old was present at the Unity Stand of the Wanderers stadium to watch the Indian captain bat. Regarded as one the finest left-hand batsman after Sir Garry Sobers, the game has ever produced according to Donald Bradman, Pollock feels the Indian batting order with the likes of Tendulkar, Dravid, Ganguly and Laxman was a far more superior one compared to the current batting order. Deprived of greater exposure by South Africa's isolation, Pollock showed in his 23 Tests what an awesome talent he possessed; his highest score of 274 was for many years the South African Test record. Pollock was an extremely powerful batsman, with a career average of 60.97 which is second only to Bradman's (among those with at least 2000 Test runs), and a shade ahead of George Headley. Forever an outspoken person, the senior Pollock was criticised for his comment on the recent transformation in South African cricket. Pollock was criticised heavily on social media after he was quoted as saying that, as long as there was political interference in the national cricket side and they were not putting their best XI players on the field, South Africa would never be the best team in the world. The former legendary cricketer has had some tough days in his life after he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease and colon cancer.
