Internet Desk : Jose Mourinho’s men started their Europa league campaign with a loss as they had lost their away match against Feyenoord on Thursday. Mourinho made eight changes from the team beaten by their arch rival Manchester City.

In the first half United couldn’t capitalize atleast three or four chances, among them Anthony Martial’s shot was just missed by a whisker. Zlatan Ibrahimovic came on at the later part of the second half and headed the ball wide as he failed to turn the luck of his side.

Nicolai Jorgensen, crossed the ball to Tony Vilhena who scored the late winner for Feyenoord. After this defeat United have lost their last four European away games successively for the first time. Ibrahimovic just missed a chance with a free-kick,as it was saved at the second attempt by the keeper Brad Jones.

Paul Pogba, who re-joined United in a world-record fee £89m move from Juventus in August, had his lack of control and position heavily attacked former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher following Saturday’s derby defeat by City.

As playing alongside Ander Herrera and Morgan Schniederlin in midfield against Feyenoord was supposed to allow him freedom to display his skills, Pogba failed to capitalize the opportunity. Pogba pushed further up the pitch in the second half and, despite looking a little more threatening as he attempted two long-range shots which went off target by a mile or so, he could not even find the quality to help his fellow team mates through the Dutch side’s defence.

On other shocker Inter Milan lost to Hapoer Be’er Sheva by 2-0, Miguel Vitor and Buzaglo had scored the goals on 54th and 69th minute respectively.
