Image Source: XtraTime[/caption] Kolkata: There was a time, when the two prolific Nigerian forwards were the heart-throbs of their respective clubs in the historic Kolkata derby. East Bengal's Ranty Martins and Mohun Bagan's Odafa Okolie know the pulse of this keen contest as good as anybody else. The scored match winning goals as well as the goals which saved them from the jaws of defeat for many a number of times in Asia's most ancient football rivalry. On Sunday, there will be another mouth-watering contest between the two arch rivals and the two foreigners were asked to predict their views on this epic clash. Odafa has signed for the 2nd Division club Southern Samity and Ranti to sign for a new American club soon. In an interaction with www.xtratime.in , Ranti was saying, "Another good fight it will be." On the other side, Odafa cautions the Bagan team management, by saying, "Mohun Bagan should not put this much pressure on Sony. This can affect his performance in the derby." When XtraTime asked Ranti to predict the game, he said, "It's anyone's game. You just cannot predict a derby game." On the flip side, Odafa denies the fact that East Bengal will start as "underdogs", he clarifies, "In a Kolkata derby you cannot select a favourite. It just completely a different game. No one are underdogs in it." Ranti also disclosed the mystery to become a hero in a Kolkata derby as he said, "If you have the passion for football and great feelings for the supporters, you can always do something special."
