Kolkata: Barcelona born Boris Garrós Torrent , better known as Boris who plays for forward at Real Club Recreativo de Huelva of Segunda División B is now on verge to sign for Kolkata giant Quess East Bengal.
Boris, the prolific goalscorer played until 2011 at Unió Esportiva Casteldefels , a team he left to sign for Unió Esportiva Cornellà , a team he played for two seasons, until 2014 .
In January 2014 he signed for AE Prat , team with which he scored 4 goals, and in which he found the continuity he did not have in Cornellà.
On July 1, 2014, he signed for UE Rubí , a team he left on January 27 , 2015 for the Center d’Esports L’Hospitalet, where he played 15 games and scored 1 goal. One year later, on January 28, 2016, he signed for the Gavà Football Club of the Third Division . With the Gavà exploded, to score 25 goals in 38 games.
In the summer of 2017 he was free after not renewing with Gavà. He was tested by many Second B clubs, but finally the Real Club Recreativo de Huelva was the one who took his signing. 2 Boris debuted with Recreativo on August 19 , 2017 against FC Cartagena . In that same game he scored his first goal with the Huelva club.
East Bengal previously announced Nigerian international Muhammad Gambo as their centre forward but later on decided to go against it due to visa issues. Boris can just be the forward they were looking for.
