Kolkata : After their record 7th Calcutta Football League triumph on Thursday, the East Bengal players , officials, former footballers and supporters were present at the club for their flag hoisting and league winning celebration. Unlike the last six years, the mood of the celebration was a bit low this year because there was no derby match in this year’s CFL, as Mohun Bagan didn’t send their team for the derby and a league win without a derby was a bit insipid for the fans. The officials stated that in between the Hero ISL and I-League they will celebrate this grand occasion  with the 1975 shield winning team and the CFL team that won the Calcutta Football League seventh time consecutively.
