Kolkata: Mohun Bagan heartthrob Sony Norde didn’t do a full-fledged practice with the team today as he is a bit ill. During his exclusive interview with www.xtratime.in on Tuesday the Green and Maroon Brigade captain had already told that, he might not train with the team.

On the other hand, the Sanjoy Sen brigade will play their next three home matches at the Barasat Stadium. But the footballers looked a bit concerned as the ground is pretty small compare to the Salt Lake Stadium and they might get injured too as it is an astro turf. Though the Bagan officials are quite happy with it as one might see a full house at the stadium because of its low capacity.

The Green & Maroon coach hasn’t picked Diogo Ferriera in the 18 men squad for their match against Churchill Brothers. Though it is yet to be decided whether Diogo would be released or not.

The win against arch rivals East Bengal has given much confidence to the Mohun Bagan footballers but they are eyeing to concentrate on their next match against Goan outfit Churchill Brothers. On being asked about the derby, Mohun Bagan midfielder Renier Fernandez said,” My job was to deliver passes to the strikers and I am happy that, I have done my job well. But the derby is past now and we are only eyeing the I-League.
