The defending champions had a two and half hour practice session, where 14 of the 15 squad members participated. According to the reports, the veteran batsman is expected to recover in a day’s period. India will face Kane Williamson led New Zealand in their first warm-up match at the Oval on Sunday. According to the Indian team management the talks of replacing Yuvraj has not started yet. Though it is not confirmed whether he will be the part of the Indian team in the first wqrm-up game against the Black Caps. Virat Kohli led Indian cricket team will face neighbor Bangladesh in their second warm-up match at the Oval on Tuesday. The defending champions will face their archrivals Pakistan in their first match of the Champions Trophy match on fourth June.
