Kolkata: There is nothing called impossible in this world. To win the league Mohun Bagan has to win the upcoming Kolkata derby at all costs. As of now East Bengal have an upper hand when they will face their arch rivals at Siliguri. Both the Kolkata giants are locked on the same points but the Red and Gold brigade have a better goal difference which means that if the derby ends in a draw then East Bengal would become the champions for an eighth time.

“I am not thinking about the opposition but I am currently concerned and focused about my team” said Bagan coach Shankarlal Chakraborty.

With midfielder Shilton D’Silva recovered from his injury the Mariners would want him to feature in the game at all costs. It is known to all that Khalid Jamil was present to watch Mohun Bagan game and in another match he had sent his goalkeeping coach. Meanwhile Shankarlal thinks watching the game in television is useful as he can spot details by watching replays.

Shankarlal also thinks that Plaza or Amna are not only particularly important, but the whole opposition is vital. Despite the Red and Gold outfits are favourites the Mariner’s gaffer thinks that impossible is nothing and he is determined to instill the same ideology on his players.
