Kolkata: The U17 Bengal footballers Rahim Ali and Abhijit Sarkar travelled to Delhi to join the National camp which is scheduled to start from October 18. The parents of both the young lads came to the Airport to drop their kids.

As of now Rahim is not interested to join any club however Abhijit is yet to decide on his future. With the early departure of India from the group stage, both the kids are pretty much upset in the matter.

The national squad would comprise of members from the u17 and the u19 team. The AFC Asian Cup qualifiers are scheduled to begin from November 4 at Saudi Arabia. This would be a golden opportunity if they can qualify as they would get a direct chance to qualify for the u20 World Cup.

The young blue tigers will also play a friendly against Qatar at Doha on October 28. The team will reach Doha on October 25.
