2018 FIFA WC: Big fitness boost for Spain

Dani Carvajal starts his training with his teammates

XtraTime Web Desk: Champions of FIFA World Cup 2010 Spain got a huge boost ahead of 2018 FIFA World Cup as their star right back Dani Carvajal took part in his first full training session since injury in the Champions League final.

Medical staff had been very careful with the right-back’s return and it isn’t expected that he will play against Portugal in their World Cup opener on Friday.

Julen Lopetegui also spent three minutes talking to Gerard Pique while La Roja trained in Krasnodar as that date in Sochi looms.
